Not what I expected...
I love comedy performances & I love the comedians that were performing & I had exceptional seats on the main floor. However, when we arrived we were not greeted by an usher to assist with seating so it took a few minutes for me & my husband to find our way to our seats. We then locate our seats & there was a couple who was very comfortable in our seats. They proceeded to get loud & disrespectful because we stated that they were in the wrong seats, me & my husband tried desperately to remain calm because clearly this couple knew they were in the wrong seats but were too embarrassed to admit it & move on. After looking at the couple's seats, they were located on the balcony level but they wanted to remain on the main floor. My tickets are too expensive for me to have to fight with a person who spent NOT even a fraction of what I spent. My question is, how does a person with Balcony Seats tickets even able to enter the section for the Main Floor? The only thing the couple did after the back & forth for 5 minutes was move over to the seats that was empty next to us & said they would just wait until those people arrived & they would move again. So the same thing happened all over again because this couple refused to sit in the balcony seats for which they paid for, but this time it was worse. The whole row was sitting in the wrong seats because this ONE couple refused to move. Now the whole row had to move into the aisle while the show was going on to figure out who is sitting where & who is sitting in the wrong seats. Meanwhile, it's this couple & they were still standing there knowing that they do not belong in the row. The whole time this is going on not an usher or security guard in sight. I have been to many theater performances/shows & I never experienced anything like this before. I felt unsafe & for a portion of the show I was interrupted because seating in my row was compromised by 2 individuals that felt that they were able to do so because they were allowed on the main floor with Balcony Tickets.
